 Why am I having trouble viewing information on Advantage Acre?

  • Make sure your web browser is Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox. Internet Explorer doesn’t support Advantage Acre at this time.

My password isn’t working for Advantage Acre, what do I do?

  • First Step, select “Forgot Password”. reset-password
  • Second Step, type in your email address that you would like the reset password link to be sent to.


  • Third step, you will receive the reset password link in your inbox.  If your default browser is set to internet explorer it is important that you copy the link and open in Google Chrome. You will receive an error message if you open the link in internet explorer. 


  • Fourth step, click on the link from the email, then reset your password. 


I already purchased a WeatherTrends360 account, do I have to pay full price for Advantage Acre?

  • No, you don’t. You will be credited for the remainder of your WeatherTrends360 subscription however to this you will need to contact a support team member via email or phone.

WeatherTrends360 isn’t automatically accessible, what should I do? 

  • We are working to align accounts with WeatherTrends360 manually. Send us an email or call us and we would be happy to help you with this issue.
